Role Title: Account Manager
Reporting line: Account Director
Salary range:Up to £45k + bonus + benefits + share options
Location: London and Warrington
Role Responsibilities
• To identify and maximise the opportunities within the client portfolio to increase revenue by cross selling, extending the investment period and increasing the investment and margins
• To report on the ‘current state’ of portfolio management and client campaigns to Account Director
• To retain all profitable and potentially profitableclients
• To propose and implement client portfolio growth strategy and tactical plans
• To ensure that the clients’ expectations in terms of campaign deliverables, service and efficiencies are met and exceeded
• To increase sales and revenue by extending networks and relationships
• To monitor and proactively reduce aged debtors within own portfolio
• To provide options and solutions for client issues within own portfolio
• To be alive to competitor activity within the industry and to eliminate potential negative impact within own portfolio
• To role model the company’s values and ensure that the values are portrayed by each team member
• To ensure that the employee standards, as contained in the company handbook, are implemented
Role Tasks
• To devise and implement growth and retention strategies and plans
• To maintain records of accounts won /lost and reasons for success / failure
• To monitor and report to clients and Account Director on current campaigns
• To introduce and sell new products to existing clients, thus creating a diversity of product usage
• To establish a lead generation process to provide leads for sales team
• To support current company marketing campaigns
• To regularly review competitor activity and industry trends and act upon for the benefit of the company / client
• To identify and build relations with the clients’ key influencers and decision makers
• To take appropriate action to control aged debtors list
• To maintain a first class, up to date knowledge of Latitude products and new initiatives
• To implement the company’s performance management system and processes
• To deputise for Account Director and Account Managers when required
• To carry out any other duties specified by Account Director
