Role Title: Search Executive

Location: London

Reporting line: Search Team Leader

Salary:  £negotiable + bonus + private healthcare (BUPA) + death-in-service life assurance + gym membership and other benefits

Role Responsibilities

• To support the online campaign team and to maximise gross margin and efficiency
• To lead campaigns as delegated by SEO manager and account managers
• To provide reporting and campaign analysis SEO manager, account managers and chief operations officer
• To meet and exceed internal and external client expectations for product and service
• To provide data provision and service excellence to sales and account management teams
• To offer solutions and options for client issues and issues within the team and to escalate solutions and options to online campaign manager where appropriate
• To portray the company’s values at all times
• Ensure that the employee standards, as contained in the company handbook, are implemented

Role Tasks

• Examine campaign activity and to extract information and analysis
• Support bid management, daily input and monitoring
• Input to the creation of online campaigns through keyword selection and the creation of titles and descriptions
• Pro-actively liaise and report to internal customers – other units/departments
• Generation, production and provision of information to search team leader for search unit proposals
• Manage delegated supplier relationships for search products
• Provide leads for sales and account management teams
• Deputise for search team leader when required
