As an important member of the client servicing team, the account executive will deliver administrative support, lead on reporting tasks and help to plan and deliver client conference calls and meetings, often acting as a supporting point of contact for our clients.

A key responsibility is the effective servicing of clients as part of the team at Latitude. The account executive supports client campaigns, to ensure all client contact is maintained, issues with campaigns are addressed and resolved to ensure Service Level Agreements are supported and client expectations are met/exceeded.

The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the link between the Latitude and client is clear and be able to liaise with product specialist teams to ensure campaign strategy fulfilment is delivered.
