I?m Latitude?s Head of Legal & Company Secretary. As a solicitor I have over 10 years PQE specialising in digital media, commercial, IP and IT law gained both in the in-house environment and in private practice including at two of the UK?s top-tier law firms. My interest in the search industry started whilst I was the in-house solicitor to MyTravel Group PLC ?s E-Commerce and Digital Marketing team for 4 years; protecting the travel giant?s brands on the web and managing commercial and legal issues arising with affiliates and the search engines. Alongside the legal and company secretarial work, I sit on the Exec Management team and head-up Latitude's Business Support function which is responsible for the company's HR, training and development and office services management.
