Callcredit acquires Latitude Digital Marketing

These are exciting times at Latitude. Latitude Digital Marketing has been acquired by Callcredit Information group, a 700 people strong European data leader with offices in Japan and worldwide.
The acquisition will see Latitude’s vast digital experience combine with Callcredit’s consumer data & marketing insight to create and deliver highly innovative, targeted digital marketing solutions i.e. integrated intelligence. Latitude’s online analytical capability working with Callcredit’s database of over 41 million consumers will allow us set the standard in the industry. We’re excited about the future of the business, even more so now that we have joined with Callcredit.

Latitude Digital Marketing Acquired by Data Leader CallCredit Information Group
Callcredit Information Group has acquired Latitude Digital Marketing Ltd, a leading integrated digital marketing agency specialising in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), online display advertising, social media optimisation (SMO) and analytics with the view to deliver leading-edge digital services driven by insight.
The acquisition will see Latitude’s vast digital experience combine with Callcredit’s consumer data & marketing insight to create and deliver highly innovative, targeted digital marketing solutions. These data-driven digital services will be an essential part of integrated campaigns that deliver efficient and intelligent marketing activities both online and offline – a concept we call integrated intelligence.
Established in 2001, Latitude has grown to become one of Europe’s largest and most innovative digital marketing agencies. Latitude is the third acquisition by Callcredit Information Group since the management buyout of the business in December 2009.
