Google AdWords rotating out top sponsored links

Google is now choosing not to show top sponsored listings based on searcher behaviour. I tried the same test as Search Engine Watch’s Barry, on a few different terms – both signed-in and signed-out – but couldn’t see this happening. It may only be testing in the US. This will be an interesting way of seeing which keywords are more “commercial”, since they are the ones to most feature top sponsored listings.
