It’s official: Latitude is a top employer

The results don’t seem to be online yet, but we were quite pleased to learn that Latitude has been voted into the Top 20 agency employers list in the Marketing Employer of the Year awards.

More than 283 companies were ranked by more than 2000 employees on a range of issues that affect their working lives. Benefits, management style, culture, career development, internal communication, and working environment were just some of the topics addressed by the survey. Apart from being the only search engine marketing company to make the cut, it’s great to get such public recognition for how we treat our people, from our people.

This is especially useful to us right now, as we are in the middle of a full-on recruitment drive. Yes, we’re still hiring. (If you’re not right for any of our available roles, please do spread the word to your clever and capable friends.)
