Click pirates attack text advertisers for profit

Blogger Peter Da Vanzo has uncovered a ridiculously stupid - and quite damaging - click fraud recruitment program which, as Search Engine Watch’s Barry Schwartz puts it, makes a mockery of the text ad space. The recruiters find people to click on their ads, then they split the revenue. A telling quotation from the thread linked above:
