Are you a conference junkie?

By Simon Whittick  in Events |Marketing |SEO

It seems barely a week passes without the diary showing at least one conference or seminar or workshop on the value of search marketing and website optimisation.

However, unless you’re a conference junkie, the downside to this growth of interest is that it’s getting harder to know which events are worth attending and which can be safely ignored.

So all credit to Marketing Week for providing such useful feedback on last month’s Online Traffic Optimisation conference. “Excellent speakers” and “Interesting presentations” and “I can take away a lot from this conference” were just three of the many positive reactions to be voiced.

All credit too to our own Search Director, Jon Myers, whose presentation received the highest scores of all those given at the two-day event (3.6 out of 4 for both content and style).

You can catch Jon next at the ‘Search Marketing World’ conference in Dublin on 21 March, and at Marketing Week’s ‘Killer Search’ conference in May.
