Danny Sullivan leaving SES and Search Engine Watch
By Jackie Danicki - Blogger in Events |News |Search Engines
In case you didn’t read the news last week, legendary search leader Danny Sullivan is leaving Search Engine Watch and the Search Engine Strategies conferences. The explanation of his reasons why - and the further clarification he posted after his original blog - both do a good job of making clear why he’s going, while leaving the reader without the taste of sour grapes (or any bitterness at all) in one’s mouth.
Everyone knows that Danny Sullivan is a class act, and the way he’s handled his departure from the site and conferences he built just proves it all over again. We’d wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours, but it’s not likely that he’ll need it.
