Latitude seeking more good Account Managers

By Jackie Danicki - Blogger  in Company News |Latitude People |Recruitment

As you may have noticed from the Recruitment section of our website, Latitude is currently in the midst of huge growth. We are hiring at a rapid rate, with new joiners coming on board every week.

One of our most crucial needs at the moment is for several more London-based Account Managers. With new clients coming to us in droves, Latitude has recently hired a number of new Account Managers. The level of attention that we give to our customers means that we still need to recruit even more individuals with solid experience in client services and strong management capabilities. From the role specification linked above:

The individual will not be a job-hopper; Latitude needs our Account Managers to build long term relationships with our clients. We will therefore look to employ a person who has demonstrated longevity within their previous employments.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate management capability and may have managed teams before.  If they have not previously managed teams, then they must demonstrate the aptitude for management; Latitude will grow significantly during the next few years and we like to promote from within.

In addition to having a variety of accounts in their background, the individual will also have worked with a large range of deal sizes, as Latitude’s accounts can vary from £20,000 per month to upwards of £450,000 per month.

Our standards are second to none, especially when it comes to taking care of our clients and making sure that their campaigns are running as smoothly and successfully as possible. So finding people who are right for Latitude and the challenge of making our clients happy is no easy feat.

If you think that you’ve got what it takes to work with the largest, most successful search engine marketing company in the UK, please get in touch with without delay.
