Online sales expected to double (almost)

By Jackie Danicki - Blogger  in News |Online Sales |Search Expertise

Encouraging news for the UK retail industry: New research shows that 48 per cent of UK retailers are anticipating better Christmas sales this year than last year. For online retailers, the news is even better:

Online sales are expected to jump from £5bn last year to £9bn this year.

That doesn’t mean all online retailers are going to see such growth in sales, but those who have their search engine marketing strategies sorted for the holiday season should be quite confident in the results they’re going to get. (If you’re a marketing director who’s feeling a little nervous on that score, please contact us via our enquiry form.
