Whither pay per call?

Predictions are still hot for pay per call to be a major slice of the online marketing mix. Clearly the product has been more successful in the US than in the UK, where Latitude was one of the first to launch clients on Miva‘s pay per call offering. I don’t imagine, at this stage, that PPCa accounts for 2% of online in the UK yet.
