Role Overview

Account Executive

Role Overview

As an important member of the client servicing team, the account executive will deliver administrative support, lead on reporting tasks and help to plan and deliver client conference calls and meetings, often acting as a supporting point of contact for our clients.

A key responsibility is the effective servicing of clients as part of the team at Latitude.
The account executive supports client campaigns, reporting to the Account Manager to ensure all client contact is maintained, issues with campaigns are addressed and resolved to ensure Service Level Agreements are supported and client expectations are met/exceeded.

The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the link between the Latitude and client is clear and be able to liaise with product specialist teams to ensure campaign strategy fulfilment is delivered.

  • Action all client contact report issues and feedback to Account Manager
  • Attend pitches and client meetings where applicable
  • Report on all client areas of the campaign(s) to the Account Manger

Role Overview

As a Paid Media Executive at Latitude you will have the opportunity to work on PPC campaigns for some of the largest and most recognised brands in the world. You will be responsible for creating and managing paid marketing campaigns to promote client websites across Google, Bing and Yahoo! search engines.

You will be expected to implement and maintain Latitude best practices for the PPC campaigns under your remit. You will also use your creative problem solving skills to deliver meaningful business impact for Latitude clients. Your goal will be to deliver improved ad performance, increased share of voice and innovations that help clients to ‘wow’ customers and stay one step ahead of the competition.

Since you will be responsible for significant budgets, numeracy and communication skills are vital; you will ensure that accurate reporting and analysis is provided to clients, whilst working closely with your line manager and our Client Services team to maximise PPC campaign value and profitability.
