Role Overview

As an important member of the client servicing team, the account executive will deliver administrative support, lead on reporting tasks and help to plan and deliver client conference calls and meetings, often acting as a supporting point of contact for our clients.

A key responsibility is the effective servicing of clients as part of the team at Latitude.
The account executive supports client campaigns, reporting to the Account Manager to ensure all client contact is maintained, issues with campaigns are addressed and resolved to ensure Service Level Agreements are supported and client expectations are met/exceeded.

The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the link between the Latitude and client is clear and be able to liaise with product specialist teams to ensure campaign strategy fulfilment is delivered.

  • Action all client contact report issues and feedback to Account Manager
  • Attend pitches and client meetings where applicable
  • Report on all client areas of the campaign(s) to the Account Manger
  • Ensure that the clients’ expectations in terms of campaign deliverables, service and efficiencies are met and exceeded
  • Ensure all issues are addressed and managed and that clients and Account Manager is continually updated and informed
  • Closely monitor campaign performance
  • Communicate client information to the wider team
  • Regularly review competitor activity and industry trends
  • To maintain up to date knowledge of Latitude product and service offerings
  • Update and maintain internal process documents
  • Complete any job related tasks as specified by the Account Manager
  • Compile end of month progress reports for the each campaign for AM presentations
  • Construct activity planner
  • Production briefs to inform channel teams of the budgets, deliverables and objectives on each campaign
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders on each client/campaign
  • Complete quote requests/forecasts for campaigns
  • Produce proposals showing clear options for campaigns under the Account Manager’s direction
  • Seek opportunities to progress existing, new campaigns, from performance or emerging products in search or online marketing
  • Competency with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft excel and word
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills

This is an entry level role in the client servicing team at Latitude.

Candidates are expected to be proactive, keen to learn and have a passion for all things digital marketing. Previous experience in the digital marketing sector is desired, but not essential as full training in all disciplines will be provided.
